In addition to the satisfaction of knowing your gift is helping to build a healthy community, your gift will be recognized publicly in several ways:

Your name will be added to the Donor Wall, prominently displayed inside the main entrance of the Link once your gifts have reached certain milestones.
Names of those who have passed away and have been recognized by gifts made in their memory are also recognized on the In Memoriam Wall. Names will be added to the Walls annually; donors will be invited to the unveiling.
Donors may also be recognized in the Foundation’s annual Impact Report. Should you wish to remain anonymous, please advise the Foundation and your privacy will be respected.

Recognition Wall

wall The Recognition Wall is an important piece of the Foundation’s Donor Stewardship Program. Donors who reach specific milestones in their generosity are recognized for their support with an engraved name plaque on elegant boards in the Link. Giving categories begin with accumulated donations of $500.00. As your donations grow, your name will be moved to the next appropriate level.

The Recognition categories are:

Friend:              $500- $999
Sponsor:          $1,000-$1,999
Patron:             $2,000- $4,999
Associate:          $5,000- $9,999
Millennium:     $10,000- $24,999
Keystone:          $25,000- $49,999
Cornerstone 1: $50,000- $99,999 Cornerstone 2: $100,000 – $149,999
Cornerstone 3: $150,000 – plus

In Memoriam Wall

The In Memoriam Wall lists all the individuals, in whose name memorial donations have been made. Names are added in the year their accumulated gifts reach $500.

Family members of those whose names are added are invited to an annual recognition event.

The Foundation Board of Directors wish to thank all donors for their support. Without your generosity, fulfilling the Mission of the Foundation would not be possible. With your valued support, residents of West Grey, Southgate and surrounding area will continue to have access to quality heath care.
