Other Ways to Give

There are many ways you can make a gift that will result in significant benefits to your community through the work of the dedicated healthcare professionals in our local health care system.

Tribute Gift for Special Occasions

To honour a special person’s birthday, retirement, anniversary or other milestone event.  Couples can make a gift to the Foundation instead of giving their wedding guests individual gifts.  The Foundation will be happy to design and provide guest cards or other materials notifying guests of your wishes and expressing your thanks. Contact the Foundation at 519-369-2340 x 5267 to arrange this thoughtful tribute gift.

Grateful Patient Program

You may choose to honour a staff member who made a difference in your care- a doctor, nurse or any other member of the health care staff.  Say “Thank You” in a meaningful way for the personalized attention you received. Staff will be advised of your recognition but not of the amount of the gift.  Provide us with the name of the staff member, how they made a difference and special message of thanks.  We will do the rest. Donate online, safely and securely here.

Join the Monthly Giving Circle

Spread your generosity over the year by arranging a monthly gift.  Monthly gifts can be charged to a credit card or made by pre-authorized cheques.  A receipt will be issued at the end of the year.  An easy way to make your gifts, create an impact and help with your gift planning.
