VOLUNTEERS- The heart of the Foundation
The Foundation owes its success in meeting its goals to the skills and dedication of its volunteers. Members of the community serve as Board Directors, provide administration support, serve on committees for fundraising activities and events, provide financial oversight and planning, design and improve policies and governance and act as ambassadors to the community.
There are always opportunities for those interested in supporting local health care to get involved and have an impact. Volunteers should consider their time as a Director or community representative on a committee as an opportunity to develop leadership skills and participate in a valuable community initiative.
